Based on the infrastructure damage due to the Great East Japan Earthquake, in addition to further reducing COz emissions, the introduction of the distributed independent energy supply system for BCP (Business Continuity Plan), security and safety is expected The purpose of this study is to examine the possibility of introduction of this system to model urban area of regional hub city in Japan, to clarify the effects and effectiveness of the society.
