Abstract

For local governments to make a COreduction measures toward low-carbon urban development, it is necessary to grasp the present emissions. Present estimates of CO2 emissions are estimated in units of administration area. But it is difficult planning a concrete measure for a city of low-carbon, because it is not able to grasp a difference of emissions from estimates in units of administration area. Therefore, it is necessary to estimate CO, emissions of unit area that is smaller than administration area, for example units of block area. In this study present a estimation method of energy consumption and CO2 emission in units of block area, and examine the construction method of basic unit matrix for the process of estimation, because it is established the estimation method. Next confirm using possibility of estimation method presented by this study. With showing the configuration of a "basic unit matrix of heat source system" and "basic unit matrix of energy consumption" in the study is how to build a unit matrix, the prototype office, accommodation, commercial building, medical facilities as a first step.
