Abstract

The heat load basic unit is widely used for the planning stage of heat source systems in buildings. It can easily estimate building hourly heat load. But the conventional heat load basic unit needs updating because it was made from statistical survey data more than 20 years ago. Furthermore, each building uses has only one heat load basic unit, but recent buildings has a various heat load amounts and cycles. Therefore, this study surveyed the building heat load data in recent years for purpose of updating the conventional heat load basic unit, following office buildings, government facilities, and hotels. And besides, this study made new heat load basic units of those building uses and comparing with conventional one. In addition, concerning office uses that have large number of buildings, this study tried classifying a heat load pattern of office buildings and set the multiple heat load pattern.
