Under the background of "double carbon", the transformation and development of industrialisation, intelligence and greening in the construction industry has become an inevitable trend, and the vigorous development of assembled buildings has become a way of necessity, and the promotion of assembled farm houses has shown unprecedented market potential. The industrial chain of assembled farmhouse covers design, production, transport, construction, operation and maintenance, etc., but the current synergy efficiency between each link is low, which restricts its large-scale promotion. This study focuses on the assembled farmhouse industry chain, and adopts a combination of case studies, expert interviews, and quantitative analyses to propose a synergistic innovation framework from three dimensions: technology, management, and policy. At the technical level, a digital collaborative platform based on BIM+ IoT is constructed to realise the seamless integration of design, production, transportation, construction, operation and maintenance, and to fully guarantee the adaptability of the various aspects of assembled farmhouses; at the managerial level, a quality traceability system is established throughout the entire lifecycle, and the articulation of responsibilities among the various main bodies is strengthened, so as to effectively control the economy of the construction and use of assembled farmhouses; at the policy level, it is suggested that the government should take the lead in formulating regionalised technical standards according to local conditions, improve financial subsidies and support policies, and comprehensively enhance the synergy of the promotion of assembled farmhouses. This study will provide a replicable and innovative path and a practical paradigm for the large-scale promotion of assembled farmhouses in the context of rural revitalisation.
