Abstract

In the heat source system of buildings, the heat load basic unit which used for estimate of heat load change is the value of heat load per unit area and set up for a building use. Since conventional heat load basic unit is old survey data and not currency buildings, updating is required for. Therefore, this study examines the making method of the multiple annual he load basic unit which reflected building attribute in the example for office type buildings.
The conventional method estimates the annual heat load multiplying the annual heat load basic unit that set up for building uses and total area together, while this study examine the method of estimating the annual heat load basic u multiplying the peak heat load basic unit that correlate with total area and the full load equivalent hour together.
The full load equivalent hour is set using the combination of a type of a monthly heat load ratio and a type of an hour heat load ratio. Then, each combination is examined whether can be classified according to a building attribute.
