Abstract

We need analyzing the space characteristic of the existing district-heat-and-cooling area by a database to promote the spread of district energy systems. However, it is insufficient for grasping the space characteristic of area now because statistical data is used for the analysis. Therefore, I think that it is necessary for the analysis of district energy systems to grasp its statistical data and its spatial data. So, in this study, we created the spatial data of district energy system by geographic information system. They show area supplied heat, building supplied heat, pipe, energy plant, and building in area of heat supply. In addition, area supplied heat and building supplied heat showed enough accuracy on analysis. In addition, we presented net area supplied heat that is a new evaluation index as an example of the practical use method of the spatial data. It has be possible to grasp the size and spatial distribution of buildings of heat supply in area of heat supply, and to do the analysis that reflects the actual conditions by using spatial data and net area of heat supply.
