JAUE2022-135: Analysis of Walking Speed according to Cluster Analysis of the Korean Commercial Building Type Market

Abstract

Considering these factors, the traditional market has a high fire risk, which has been proven in several fire accidents. To solve these problems, in this study, we intend to provide primary data for establishing a fire safety management plan through market clustering considering the architectural and human characteristics of the market. Thus, a cluster analysis was conducted using the architectural and human characteristics of the market as variables. Each cluster of fire risk was derived from the cluster analysis, and simple opinions related to establishing a fire safety management plan were presented. As a result of clustering, the commercial building-type market was divided into four clusters, and directions for establishing fire risk and safety management measures were suggested by considering the characteristics of each cluster.
