The research focus on the industrial building retrofitting in the hot summer and cold winter area, based on climate condition, cultural characteristics and old industrial features, the community features to enhance, improve the quality of the environment, efficient use of resources, improve facilities and equipment, building performance improvement and the wisdom of the community management a series of community green renovation planning technology, analysis the community green retrofit in environmental benefits, economic benefits and social benefits, in terms of both green community comprehensive retrofit of beneficial exploration.
