Abstract

Unstable oil flow due to the oil crisis and global warming, the world had to find the solution to preserve the environment with a sustainable growth. For this reason, EU countries including the developed countries formulated the greenhouse gas emissions targets. The Republic of Korea has tried to reduce the greenhouse gas emissions based on the Basic act on Low Carbon Green Growth as well. Moreover, in a building part has a variety of elements to reduce the greenhouse gas emissions but the institutions have not structured between the ministries as they cause lots of confusion. Since 2013, laws were organized on the basis of the Act on the Assistance to the Composition Green Building as the government was trying to achieve integration of institutions between ministries to manage building energy supply and demand through the consultation.This study introduces current amended institutions and finds out the building energy related laws under the topic of the building energy related laws.
