Abstract

Along with the progress of modern society, interest and attention in disaster response have steadily increased, emphasizing the importance of securing the Golden Time. Securing the Golden Time is recognized as a key factor in improving survival rates and minimizing human and material losses, thereby enhancing societal safety. Currently, numerous studies are underway in this regard. However, issues arise, particularly in complex environments like apartment complexes and multifaceted buildings, where the provided routes may differ from the actual disaster scene. These issues not only delay the arrival time of firefighting teams but also elevate the potential for increased disaster damage. To address these challenges, this research proposes enhancing datasets by supplementing network data used in conventional route analysis with precision maps and building entrance data.
