Focusing on reducing environmental impact and solving labor shortages, this study evaluated the compressive strength and fresh properties of self-compacting concrete with varying replacement rates of molten slag fine aggregate and fly ash. In addition, for the practical application of self-compacting concrete, mixing was performed in an actual machine and prototypes of precast concrete products were made. The results showed that the slag replacement ratio increased from 0% to 50% in all formulations, and the slump flow and J-ring flow increased with the increase in the slag replacement ratio, and the flowability improved. The products showed high filling performance overall, but a few bubbles were observed on the outer and inner sides.Downloads
