Fishing village hollowing in modern time has affected fishing industry and the development of village space. It is essential to study how to combine the development of network society and low-carbon technology to create new fishing village space, and improve the quality of life and production efficiency so as to attract more people return to village. This dissertation starts with the analysis of current fishermen’s living situation and elaborates the space requirements change in modern fishing village. In the aspect of low-carbon, the dissertation explores the use of low-carbon technologies such as efficient heat preservation of exterior wall, SIP system, solar energy technology, intelligent system and rain water utilization system in the architectural design method of modern fishing village. In the aspect of the combination of internet, the dissertation puts forward typical space form of modern fishing village and the design method of variable architectural space under the background of network society.
