Ba Dinh library has a modest area, which located next to Indian Gandhi park and Thanh Cong lake of Thanh Cong collective zone, Hanoi. A long-standing collective zone of Hanoi, which is populated by people with many different ages but the majority are working age, students, and children- ages needing to learn and expand their knowledge, however, Ba Dinh library was rarely used. Reading is a sound pleasure and habit. But nowadays, when Vietnam becoming more and more developed, there are many amazing things and ways for people to discover, reading doesn't seem to be popular with almost young people Vietnam. What are the reasons why people don't want to come library? Doesn't it have enough attraction for people to come? What are attentions of people at present? The purpose of the project is to increase the use of this area and encourage people to come, besides making the library as a place where people not only expand their knowledge through reading books.
