Rural construction in Zhejiang Province plays an important role and makes great achievements in China. A plan of Big Garden Action, making a model of Beautiful China, is on its way here. 70% area of Zhejiang Province is mountain. According to the field survey, we divided the productive landscape of Zhejiang mountainous countryside into four characteristic spatial landscapes: farmland, mountain forest, garden plot and linear landscape belt. With great literature reading, the spatial properties of these four types of rural productive landscape are studied. On the basis of fully respecting the rural characteristics, we drew on the principles and methods of urban landscape evaluation, and interviewed 50 experts from different disciplines in the province. Five extremely important first-level evaluation elements are extracted, which are ecology, economy, aesthetics, sociality and function. Based on these, 19 second-level influence factors are expanded and obtained finally. Aimed to guide rural landscape design and construction, this paper can be used for comprehensive analysis and qualitative evaluation of rural productive landscape in mountainous areas. Next, we will research objective scale through quantitative analysis and apply it to the practice and demonstration of landscape construction in Zhejiang mountainous area.
