Social media has given web users a venue for expressing and sharing their thoughts and opinions on all kinds of topics and events. Twitter to offer organizations a fast and effective way to monitor the public’s feelings towards their mood based on sentiment analysis. Generally, twitter user tweets their mood clicking either positive or negative. We chose the city of Bandar Lampung Indonesia as a case study. We propose to introduce public mood based on sentiment analysis into the field of computational sustainability. We collected data and designed a database from the twitter. We use tweets classification based on the mood of the user that is positive, negative and neutral. The results of the classification tweet will be filtered based on data related to the city. Based on data can be used as a reference for future urban development. It is hoped that the data obtained provide better information, understand the people and area of the city is based on the feelings of their mood so that they can accelerate in the city planning process itself. The data can be utilized for the development of sustainable urban and operates efficiently.
