Authors are invited to submit original scholarly manuscripts to this journal. All submissions must fall within the journal’s aims and scope and must not have been previously published or be under consideration by another journal.
All submissions are first assessed by the editorial office and an academic editor. This initial screening evaluates the manuscript’s relevance to the journal, completeness, basic academic quality, ethical compliance, and adherence to the submission requirements. Manuscripts that do not meet the journal’s aims and scope or minimum academic and editorial standards may be rejected before external peer review.
Manuscripts that pass the initial editorial screening will be sent for peer review before a final editorial decision is made. The journal uses a single-anonymous peer review process, in which reviewers remain anonymous to authors during the review process. Each manuscript is normally reviewed by at least two independent reviewers with relevant expertise.

Where applicable, research involving human participants, animals, personal data, surveys, interviews, or other ethically sensitive materials must be approved by an appropriate ethics committee or institutional review board in accordance with the legal and institutional requirements of the country or region where the research was conducted.
Authors should ensure that the manuscript is clearly structured and written in appropriate academic English. The title should be concise and informative. The abstract should clearly summarize the research background, objective, methods, main findings, and conclusions. The manuscript should present a clear research question, appropriate methodology, sufficient data or evidence, rigorous analysis, and conclusions that are supported by the results.
